How we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, improve the site and keep it secure. With your permission, we may share your enquiry details with the hotel you ask about so it can confirm availability. We do not sell your personal data.

Bookings on third-party sites

Some listings link to a hotel’s own booking engine. Bookings made there are handled under that provider’s privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to help with your trip and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them.
